Outlook Express has the ability to dial a phone number for you Outlook Express has the ability to dial a phone number for you. You can dial a number for one of the contacts in your address book. To do this, choose Tools> Address Book, right-click your contact's name, and choose Action> Dial. Enter the phone number (if it isn't listed already), or choose one from the drop-down list and click Call to begin dialing.
