Go to Start | Run and type

regsvr32 urlmon.dll

and see if that fixes the problem.

I recently changed from Comcast to ATT. Now when I try to send a picture or a page my PC brings up OE and of course that won't work. Because ATT uses Hotmail. How can I fix?

Hi Tom,

I looked at ATT's help site and saw directions for setting up OE to work with an ATT account:
http://forums.att.com/t5/Email/Setting- ... -p/2013425

This should be independent of whether you use Hotmail or not. Outlook Express is known as a mail client and you can have it set up to receive mail from various online e-mail accounts, including ATT. Give it a try using their directions. If you have any other questions about specifics for OE and ATT you might best talk to ATT's customer service.

OK, I did what you said but I can't remember my ATT password. I keep getting error message saying that my password was rejected.

Hello Tom,

We don't do passwords on here. Best thing for you to do is talk to ATT's customer service to reset the password.
