When you install IIS on NT 4.0
Server (or Personal Web Server on NT 4.0 Workstation), the software adds its own
monitoring entries to the Windows NT Performance Monitor. To access these new
monitoring devices:
Launch the Performance Monitor
from the Start button's Programs/Administrative Tools menu.
Select Edit/Add to Chart.
Select FTP, Gopher, HTTP, and/or
IIS from the Object pick list.
