You Can Filter data with the navigator bar. Place the cursor in a cell and click the button with a funnel and a lightning bolt to show only records with field values that match the selected one. The top window shows all 77 records, but the bottom shows just the three records for supplier No. 1. Clear the filter to show all records again by clicking the button with a funnel and no lightning bolt.
