Sort a Filtered List in Excel 2000

To sort a filtered list, select Data, Sort, then choose the appropriate column from the Sort By control box. Specify the Ascending or Descending option, and click OK.

Eliminate Filters When You're Done

If you use the AutoFilter feature to filter records, once you've finished reviewing those records, you'll probably want to see all of your records again. To release the filter, simply choose All from the current filter's drop-down list. If you want to turn off the AutoFilter feature completely, simply choose Data, Filter, then deselect AutoFilter.
