You want to add or remove buttons from the toolbars?

To add a button to a toolbar:

  1. Choose Toolbars from the View menu. 
  2. Select Customize. 
  3. Click on the Command tab. 
  4. Select a category. 
  5. Find the command you want. 
  6. Drag it to any toolbar. An "I" beam will appear to help you place the button where you want it.

To remove a button:

  1. Choose Toolbars from the View menu. 
  2. Select Customize. 
  3. Drag the button you want to remove off of the toolbar.
