You can find values in a datasheet column.

Click a column heading to select the column, then click the Find button on the toolbar. Type the value for which you want to search in the Find What box. You can use the * and ? wildcards to specify search criteria. Click Find First to reveal the first record containing the value. Click Find Next to highlight subsequent records matching the search criteria.
