Finding duplicate field values with a query. A built-in wizard can find duplicate records from your database. Choose New from the Database window with the Queries tab (or icon if you're using Access 2000) selected. Next, choose the Find Duplicates Query Wizard, then, click OK. Select the fields over which you want to search for duplicates. In the last dialog box, select to either run the query or open it in Design View.
