Creating a report with the Report Wizard. With the Database window open and the Report tab (or icon in Access 2000) selected, click New, New Report, and then choose Report Wizard. Optionally, choose a record source for the report (the wizard lets you pick one later). Next, click OK to open the Report Wizard. Make selections from its dialog boxes to control fields that appear in the report, as well as grouping and sorting rules.
