Quickly Filling a Range with the Same Data

Do you want to quickly enter the same text or the same formula in a range of cells? To do this, follow these steps:

1. Select the range of cells that you want to fill.

2. Type the text or formula but don't press ENTER. Instead, press CTRL+ENTER.

The data appears in the selected range.
