Entering Special Details for a Contact
To enter complicated addresses into your Contacts folder, you can type the address into the multi-line Address box on the screen, or click the Address button, to display the Check Address dialog. This is a more detailed entry screen that allows you to type data into individual areas for street, city, state, province, zip code and so on. There is a button called Full Name located on the New Contact entry screen next to the Name box. Click it to enter the various component parts of the person's name into individual boxes.
