You Can E-Mail Your Notes to Others
If you have a note in your Notes folder that you'd like to share with someone else, you can e-mail it to them. To do this, select the note, right-click it, and choose Forward. Outlook opens up a new e-mail message dialog for you, so you can type the recipient's e-mail address (or choose it from your Address Book), type a subject, and click Send to forward the note.
