You Can E-mail Screen Shots in Outlook To send a screen shot via e-mail, open the desired window, and press Alt+PrtScr. Open a new message in Outlook, then press Ctrl-V to paste the window into your message. To capture the entire desktop, rather than just the active window, press the PrtScr key without the Alt key. This comes in real handy when you are on a large network and you are trying to explain a problem to the help desk. A picture is worth a thousand words.
