Create Rules With The Rules Wizard in Outlook
The Rules Wizard in Outlook can be used to do all sorts of things from sending messages with certain words in the subject line to specific folders, to assigning categories to sent messages, or deleting messages that contain certain words. To create a rule, from the Tools menu, choose Rules Wizard and follow the steps to create parameters for your emails.
