Allow Non-Excel Users to Read Excel Attachments

One of Outlook's new Office E-mail features makes it possible for you to send an Excel spreadsheet to someone who does not have Excel, and allow them to view it. Recipients who are not Excel users can receive an Excel table, and view and edit its cell contents just as they would any table, as long as you use Outlook to do the following when you send: from the Action menu, select New Mail Message Using and choose Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel Worksheet. Create the spreadsheet data within the body of the message, add recipient and subject line information, and click the Send This Sheet button.
