Insert a graphic into a table cell 

  1. Copy a graphics into the Clipboard. 
  2. Position the insertion point in the cell that you wish to paste the graphics into. 
  3. Click on the Edit drop down menu and select the Paste Special command. 
  4. Remove the tick in the Float over text check box, and click on the OK button.
