How do I clear the contents of your Documents menu

To clear the contents of your Documents menu: 

1. Click Start, highlight Settings, and click Taskbar & Start Menu. 

2. Click the Start Menu Programs tab. 

3. In Documents, click Clear. 

You can also just open the Taskbar Properties dialog box by, right-clicking a blank area on the taskbar and click Properties.
