- Start the registry editor (regedit.exe).
- Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\WindowsNT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon.
- From the Edit menu, select
New> String value.
- Enter a name of Welcome, and
press Enter.
- Double-click the new value, add
