Founded on November 1998, Internet Fixes re-invented the term "technical support" by offering free technical support to everyone no matter the type of computer, hardware, software, or operating system. Internet Fixes will continue to offer free support to all users through the Internet with the intention of becoming the largest free support center on-line, something that most companies cannot offer to everyone, unfortunately. However, with the power of Internet Fixes, we plan on enabling other companies and web sites to link into our database and allow their users to get free support without any of the hassle of implementing thousands of pages of information, continuing to update the content of its pages each day, and ensuring that every link works throughout its database.

Why would a company do such a large task? Being in the computer industry we have noticed hundreds, if not thousands, of individuals with computers being told a certain item was not possible, that they needed a hardware upgrade, hardware needed to be replaced when it really did not, or simply a "I don't know", from technicians throughout the world. While it is not the technician's fault, its the lack of helpful, accessible, and useful information in the computer industry. "Without the knowledge you must learn, and in order to learn you must have the information." - Internet Fixes. We became fed up with companies not supplying us with appropriate information or wanting to charge us and discovered we were not the only ones. Therefore, we created what was first our own database to allow us to know the answers to questions others may not. Instead of being conceited like many other companies, we decided we would be unique and allow this information to be freely viewed by people throughout the Internet.

November 2006 - Posted our 800th question and answer document and completed the complete the first major overhaul of the Internet Fixes site.

May 2006 - Posted our 700th question and answer document.

May 2005 - Post our 600th question and answer document online and complete the revision of all previous question and answer documents.

August 2004 - Internet Fixes surpasses one million over all hits. 

March 2004 - Internet Fixes receives over four million unique visitors and over twenty seven million hits.

March 2004 - Implemented the Internet Fixes online chat room and the Internet Fixes online forums to help broaden Internet Fixes online community and means to help users with their computer related questions.

January 2003 - Internet Fixes develops numerous new scripts to help with automating many of its processes, creates a new search engine, updates the content on hundreds of pages, and has completed the majority of its new dictionary.

April 2002 - Internet Fixes begins the process of completely redoing its dictionary, refreshing each of the thousands of definitions with more information and links to related information and definitions.

February 2001 - Internet Fixes publishes its first weekly newsletter. 

February 16, 1999 - Created customized search engine for our database to allow each user to get exactly what they are looking for extremely fast. We have also designed the search engine to adaptive to our users; therefore, if the search is not locating what you are looking for, it will be updated within the next few days to help ensure that your requests are being found. If information is not on the database, our staff will get information onto the database as soon as possible to allow the results to be located.

December 1, 1998 - Internet Fixes reaches over Ten Thousand hits in its first month.

November 2, 1998 - Internet Fixes is released to the public.
