Have you ever went into an Emergency Room and been asked more questions than you care to answer especially if you are not feeling well? Working in a Hospital I see this all the time and have thought there has to be a better way.
I have also been the one answering the questions several times in my 50 years. I think I have come up with a way around this especially if you happen to come into the hospital and are unable to talk and you don't have a person with you that can convey this information.
