This window in your Program Wizard requires allot of information that you should have gotten from your Internet Service Provider when you opened your account.  Fill in all the information you have.  If you don't leave a check in the Password box you will be required to insert one each time you open Outlook to check your email. After filling in all the information that you can Click On The More Settings button in the Program Wizard.  Click Here to move to the next slide.
