Clean Up Your Start Menu By Ditching Unwanted Help

Say you want to streamline the Start menu to reduce the clutter and make it
easier to access programs. You can accomplish this by removing the Help And
Support shortcut from the Start menu.
To remove the Help And Support shortcut from the Windows XP’s Start menu:
1. Right-click on the taskbar and choose Properties. The Taskbar And Start Menu
Properties dialog box opens.
2. Click on the Start Menu tab and then click Customize.
3. In the resulting dialog box, click the Advanced tab.
4. In the Start Menu Items list box, deselect the Help And Support check box.
