Send Email When You Want In Outlook Express.

Take your time with your messages. Write your message, but don't click Send. Instead, click Save to put it in your Draft folder. Go into your Draft folder when you're ready to send it.

You can also turn off automated sending to protect yourself.

1. Click Tools, Options, and go to the Send tab.

2. Uncheck "Send messages immediately."

3. Click Apply.

4. Go to the General tab and uncheck "Send and receive messages on startup."

5. Click OK.
