IF00311 To Change Folder Options In XP. To change Folder Options Right Click on the Start Button and Select Explore All Users.
When the Window Opens Select the Tools Menu and then Folder Options. When the Folder Window Opens Select the View Tab and make sure yours looks like the last screen shot.
Once you have done that select Apply To All Folders and then Apply and OK. You should now be able to see all folders next time you open them.
