Q.   When I try and access 'Help and Support' I get an error message telling me Windows cannot open H & S and telling me to fix the problem by starting service named 'Help and Support'!  I'd be very grateful for any help.

A.   Click on the Start button and select the Run option.  Type "services.msc" and hit enter.  Scroll down the list to "Help and Support", right-click on it, and select the Start option.
