Q.  How do I clear the list of documents that have been opened or looked at?  Anyone can hit documents and up comes the last 15 or so files that have been opened.

A.  Right-click on the Start button and click on the Properties option.  Click on whichever "Customize" button is active on the "Start Menu" tab.  If the dialog box that pops up has an Advanced tab, then click on the "Clear List" button on the Advanced tab.  If there is no Advanced tab, then just click on the "Clear" button.  This sequence of steps will clear your recently used documents list.
