I am having a problem when starting up
Windows - a message appears with a
Windows - No Disk error. I have seen similar posts, and have followed the first
steps. I have run Hijack This and saved the log file. Also, when booting in
Safe
Mode, there is no error message. A. After reading her HighJackThis log I gave her the following to do.
Give this a try: After that click on Start, Run, type "msconfig" in the window (without the quotes), click on the Startup tab, scroll down the list and uncheck "qttask", then click apply.
