Q.  My Dell Laptop is acting up when I right click on anything or try to bring down a menu with the mouse its a blank box. I can barely see the outline of the box but nothing in it. For instance I right click on my background no IE open and just the outline of the box appears until I scroll the mouse over it then all of the options appear. I have done all the normal stuff. Delete cookies temp files scan with adaware and McAffe..all seem fine...system seems to hang a bit as well..any ideas? Thanks in advance.

A.  If you recently (around the time things changed) updated video drivers, try rolling back.

Click Start, run, type devmgmt.msc , click ok, click the plus to expand 'display adapters, double click (there may be more than one; one at a time), on the 'driver' tab, click 'roll back driver'.

Be careful about accepting driver updates from Microsoft--better you go to Dell, search by your system serial number and install the exact driver for the Dell revision of the Video card in your machine.
