I get the error message "Windows-No Disk" "Exception Processing Message

Q. Every time I start up my computer I get the error message "Windows-No Disk" "Exception Processing Message c0000013 Parameters 75b6bf9c 4 75b6bf9c 75b6bf9c". This message box will only go away when i press cancel multiple times.

A. Your Windows No Disk error is often associated with the qttask.exe process at startup.

Click Start, Run, type msconfig and click ok.
On the general tab, tick 'selective startup', and on the startup tab, find qttask and untick the box next to it.
Click apply, click ok, and reboot when prompted.
