Readers Questions.IF01712 Q. I am always putting my laptop in hibernate mode instead of shut down in order to quickly start the computer. Is there any effect to the computer if I continuously put it hibernate mode?

The only thing that I know of is that eventually your
computer will start going
a little slower. However, this is not a permanent condition, it is caused by
the
memory becoming bogged down with too many things that were not properly
