Readers Questions.IF01713 Q. I still have the possibility to start a run command (to enter "ping" for example) but the black DOS window closes immediately. Now I have a program that I should run in DOS mode I think, but it doesn't work, since the "black DOS window" closes immediately. What can I do?

To be able to read the output from a
DOS command, you should start up a Command
Prompt and run the command from there. Running a DOS command from the Run dialog
