Q.  How Do I turn services (such as print spooler) back on?  When I run servicesms, I receive "cannot find file"

A. Hello Janette

Try clicking on Start > Run and then typing in services.msc and the window should pop right up for you.  You can also get to them in the Control Panel under the Administrative Tools Icon.
