Q. I have two user accounts, both administrative. I would like to close out one of them but cannot figure out how to move all the files from "owner" to "new". Would you be able to explain how to do this, if so, I would really appreciate your help. Or have you answered this already and I missed seeing it? A. Just follow the instructions below:
to the user account you want to copy the files from.
1. Login with
3. This is the folder that is normally shared among users. The files you copied should be there.
4. Make sure you can open files before deleting the second Administrator Account.
