Readers Questions.IF01791 Q. Just within the last couple of weeks, I suddenly cannot delete emails from my inbox. A. Create a new folder in Outlook Express and move any mail that you want to keep to it. Then click: Tools> Options> Maintenance> Store folder to see the location of your Outlook Express files. Follow the path to your Inbox.dbx file. You might have to have hidden files and folders shown from folder options.
