The reason for this is that, by default, it is not listed on the All Programs Menu. Instead it is actually hidden from view. To initialize the Netmeeting installation do the following: 1. Click the Start Button 2. Click Run 3. In the Run dialog box type conf 4. Netmeeting should now open 5.
