Q.
Is it possible to send a 'folder' as an E-Mail attachment? If no, why?
If yes, how? Thanks in advance!
A.
Most email programs and operating systems will not let you attach a file
folder "as is" to an email message, however there is an easy way to send
someone a folder. Simply use WinZip or a similar compression utility to zip
or compact the folder into a smaller ".zip" file which can then be attached to
the email without any trouble. When the recipient unzips or opens the .zip
file they will usually be given the option to restore the folder and all the
files that it contains so it will end up just like it was on your PC.
