You Select Open in New Window and the Command does nothing.

When you right-click an URL and choose "Open in New Window", nothing happens. (The title bar may flash once or nothing happens). Same result when you press SHIFT and click on a hyperlink. This happens if the Oleaut32.dll file is damaged or it's not registered correctly.

First, re-register this DLL using the command REGSVR32 OLEAUT32 (from RUN box). If you receive a module not found error, you will need to extract a new copy of this file (the steps varies depending upon the Operating System). After extracting a new copy of this file, re-register it using the above command.
