If you are here you are having problems and may need the use of my Remote Assistance Service!

I can connect to you and correct your PC problems in one of Three Ways.  The first being Windows XP Remote Service,  the Second using PcAnywhere, and the Third using the Free VNC Software.  The following pages will show you how to setup any of the the Three that will allow us to connect to your PC and correct a problem you are having.

Remote Assistance provides a way for you to get the help you need when you run into problems with your computer!  The following will tell you about how we can help you using The Free Real VNC Software.

If you are using MSN Instant Messenger add to your list.  You can request a Remote Session or ask a Question if I am online.  If you ask and I don't answer right away just send an email requesting me to add you to my list.  In this area MSN goes up and down some days.

There are three ways to use Remote Assistance, described in the articles in this section. The fastest is via instant messaging using Windows Messenger, described in the first article. You can also initiate Remote Assistance sessions via e–mail, as described in the second article. If you use a Web–based e–mail service, such as MSN® Hotmail®, you can fill out a form and save it as a file to attach to an e–mail, described in the third article.

To use Windows XP Remote Assistance, you will need:

  1. Two computers running Microsoft Windows XP Professional or Windows XP Home Edition. The computer receiving assistance and the computer providing assistance must both run Windows XP.
  2. Both computers must be connected via a network or the Internet.
  3. Windows Messenger must be installed on both computers.
