1. Before sending for a Remote Connection session we need some information about your Computer!  You can copy Number Two into an email and fill out the questions and and send it to us.  Or try the Free Software that gives you all the Technical Information on your Computer.  Just run the Program and Send the results to us.

2. System Information Form (Open an Email and Copy the following into the Email.  After you have the following in your Email Answer as many of the questions as you can!!  Don't tear you computer apart trying to get all this information. Just answer as much as you can!

3. Download and install Belarc Advisor a Freeware Program that inventories the Hardware and Software in your computer and saves it all as a web page stored on your computer.  When Belarc runs the program will open your Internet Browser and show you the collected information on your computer.  Just Click On The File Menu in Internet Explorer and select Send.  Select Send By Email and your email program will open with the page attached.  Send it to info@internetfixes.com before you send a request for a Remote Connection.
