The following is a list of things that I will do when connecting to your computer to repair a problem.

1. The first thing that I will do when connecting to your computer is create a new text document on your desktop.  This text document will have any changes made to your system listed.  this document will remain on your computer for any future visits you might have Me make.  This makes it easy to keep track of anything I have done to you computer in the past.
2. What I do next will be based on the information sent to use using the email Method or by using the belarc software.

This list will change as time moves on.  You will probably see additions to the list as well as some items being removed.

The following is a list of things that I Won't do when connecting to your computer to repair a problem.

1. I Don't Attempt to repair any types of hardware problems.
2. I will look at your system information that you send us once you have used the belarc Software and collected the needed information.  I will do this via my email help system.  Hardware problems will usually send you oft to the repair shop!
