This page has allot of Graphics and may load slow on a Dial Up Connection.

This Screen and the one below are what you will see when you setup your end to allow Me to make a Remote Connection to your computer.  You can view your IP Number by holding your mouse Pointer over  the V2 Icon in the lower right corner of your screen.  When the Session is over I will ask you to change the session password by Right Clicking on the V2 Icon at the lower right corner of the screen and selecting Properties.  When the window comes up Insert a New Password to stop others from accessing your computer!

You got to this window if you Clicked on the Options Button in the window shown above.  These are the Default options and you should not have to change anything in this window.

Once you close this window open an Email to me and Insert Your IP Address and The Password you are using now!

Click Here To Open an Email to Me.

Below are the First Screens that I see when Connecting to your Computer!

This is the First Screen I see when making a Remote Connection to you.  All I do here is enter the Password that You Sent and click OK.

This Screen is from a Laptop running Windows 98.

Move Down to the next screen to See What I leave on all Computers I make a Remote Connection to.

The First Thing I do when connecting to a Remote Computer is to Create a New Text Document that I can enter anything I have done on Your Computer.

This is just the Text File that I explained in the Screen Above.

I usually save this File to the Root Drive to Avoid Deleting it.

I am just leaving it on the Desktop here to try and give you an Idea of what happens.

This Screen just shows you what I mean about Creating and Leaving a Log File.

This Screen just shows you the Log File that stays open for the duration of the time I am connected to your Computer.

Anything that I do to help Repair the Problems you are having with your Computer is saved in this log.

This is just another Screen showing you what I am saving on your Computer.

This Screen just shows you that you will be able to Access the Log File that I create.

I will normally Copy and Paste the contents of the Email you sent to Me asking for Help with the Problem Your Are Having.

For other questions on what we do when Connected to your Computer just Click Here and enter them in the Email that opens.

Before you inquire about a Remote Help Connection Exhaust our Email Help Service First.  Use my Online Help Form or you can Click Here and add you Question!
