You will see this window after you High-Lighted the file you want and clicked on Open in the last slide. In this window just select how Often you want the backup to run.
In the window below select what Time you want the batch file to run.
Just click on the Next Button in the Window On Your Computer and then you can click Next to go to the next slide.
