Requires Microsoft Access 2000 And Above!
Using this database is very simple! I have used it with my Email Support Customers for years. I save all of the Fixes that I find other folks along with Tips I come up with myself. I could never see doing something twice on a computer!
You can use the database for anything that you may want to reference in the future. Recipes, Computer Fixes, just about anything that you will use in the future!
After information is entered you can search by Subject, Content, Author and Reference. The Search Function starts as you type something into Where You Type A Word Or Phrase! The database searches on each Key Stroke.
To Add information to the database just copy and paste the body of the document (Or you can type in any of the spaces in the form.) into the window at the bottom of the database window. Add a Subject Author and Reference in there respective slots.
After you have the record entered just click on the Menu Titled Records And Select Save Record. Click Here To Go To The Download Page! |
