1. I am always putting my laptop in hibernate mode instead of shut down in order

6. Please help me on this as this is very URGENT!!!!! I am using Windows XP Pro,
at first I want to create a guest account for my colleagues who can use my
computer so that I can protect my documents. But I accidentally created the
guest account as administrator. So when I start the computer it goes direct to
the guest account as administrator, and I can't log in to my previous settings.
