Access your Control Panel and all of its contents from the Start Menu Right click the Start button and select "Explore" from the resulting menu. Right click the right pane of the Exploring window and select "New", then "Folder" from the menu. Enter: Control Panel.{21EC2020-3AEA-1069-A2DD-08002B30309D} as the folders name. Press the "Enter" key after naming the folder; it should appear as "Control Panel." Now you can access your Control Panel and all of its contents from the Start Menu.
