Create a shortcut to Windows help on your desktop. 

Navigate using Windows explorer. Go to: C:/Windows/Help In the "Help" folder find a file called "Windows". Right click the "Windows" file and choose "create shortcut". This will create a duplicate icon named "Shortcut to Windows. Now drag and drop this on to your desktop. You can rename this icon whatever you wish by right clicking the icon, choose "rename", type in what you want to name it. Click outside of the icon to set your new name.
