Want To Invoke the Resource Meter

To start your Resource Meter, go to Start> Programs> Accessories>System Tools> Resource Meter. 

Or you can go to Start> Run and type in RSRCMTR. Once invoked, you will be able to monitor where your system resources are going right from your taskbar
