If you want a program to run automatically when Windows starts, drag its icon into the StartUp Folder. Windows also lets you decide how a program will open when it starts...minimized as a button on the toolbar, normal size or as a full screen. To set this option, right click the menu item and choose Properties. In the Shortcut panel, look for the Run drop down list and choose Minimized, Maximized, or Normal, then click OK.
