Windows 98 makes changing icons easy If your tired of the way some of your Desktop icons look, Windows 98 makes changing these possible. 1 - Right click on any blank area of the desktop 2 - Choose properties from the drop down menu 3 - Click the "Effects" tab 4 - Highlight an icon you wish to change and click "Change Icon" 5 - Pick an icon from the ones shown and click "Apply" 6 - OR use "Browse" to find icons in most .EXE, .DLL, or .ICO file types.
