By default, Windows won't search local drives using case sensitive searches. 

But, if you have many files that you are searching for that have similar names and you would like to be able to narrow your search a bit, you can enable the case sensitive search feature. Go to Start> Find> Find Files or Folders... (or Windows key-F), then select Options> Case Sensitive.
